Support the Next Gen Ops Program by turning program goals into adoption and readiness plans for Flight Operations. Design and execute change communications, conduct impact assessments, and analyze change readiness for affected roles, processes, and systems. Partner with Regulatory & Compliance and Safety, coach sponsors and leaders, and coordinate cross-functional cutovers and milestones. Measure adoption outcomes and deliver executive-ready updates on change health and readiness status.

•Partner with Regulatory & Compliance and Safety, integrate OCM into program delivery, and coordinate readiness checkpoints and training development.
•Measure and report adoption outcomes and provide executive-ready updates on change health and readiness status.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•Experience applying structured change management methodologies on medium to large initiatives.
•5+ years in organizational change management for complex, regulated, or safety-critical environments.
•Prosci certification (ADKAR) or equivalent.
