•Operate reach and forklift equipment to support warehouse maneuvers.
•Execute daily core and support activities including receiving, picking, staging, shipping, special orders, quality control, and inventory auditing.
•Propose and lead initiatives and process improvements for DC activities.
•Enforce health and safety best practices in the workplace.
•Take accountability for core and support activities and propose action plans when results are not met.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 23 hourly

Key Requirements

•2+ years experience operating material handling equipment (reach and/or forklift) in a distribution center, warehouse, or factory environment.
•Mandatory forklift and reach operator license (proof required).
•Ability to work physically: standing, moving, and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures.
•Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
•High school diploma or equivalent (experience in quality control is an asset).
