Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in all phases of the talent acquisition process, including gathering requirements, sourcing, screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding.

  • •Source, target, and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
  • •Partner with TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree at a UK university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK.
  • •Available for an internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis.
  • •Recruitment or HR-related internship experience is preferred.
  • •Language skills required: German and French, to communicate with stakeholders across these markets.
  • •Demonstrate interest in human resources and bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills.
