Job Summary

Serve as the regional technical leader driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across meat processing facilities. Partner with subject matter experts and site teams to strengthen knowledge transfer, track Theory of Operations (ToO) adoption, and develop and deploy process documentation and training. Lead data mining and trending for loss-reduction opportunities, support equipment loss analysis, and mentor site specialists and junior engineers while aligning work with enterprise governance.

•Lead data mining, trending, and loss-reduction analysis, including loss tree/instability trigger activities.
•Mentor site specialists and junior engineers and support targeted training to close skills gaps across the network.
