Key Responsibilities

•Support the identification, prioritization and securing of portfolio-driven technology-led business opportunities in account and territory plans
•Develop and own the customer’s AI strategy and roadmap, including AI use case identification and operationalization of AI delivery models with measurable business results
•Assess existing customer architecture, define target architectures and prioritize modernization initiatives to minimize risk
•Conduct executive briefings, innovation workshops and architecture reviews to identify strategic initiatives, risks and opportunities early
•Develop and maintain technology roadmaps across Cloud, data, AI, security, application technologies and integration, aligned to business priorities and measurable via KPIs

Key Requirements

•University degree and extensive professional experience
•Proven experience designing and implementing IT architectures and innovations at solution and enterprise level, including steering technology roadmaps and strategies for digital applications, AI/ML services and enterprise infrastructure (networks, data centers, storage, workplace)
•Developed one or more AI pilot projects with potential to achieve business KPIs and positive ROI, including innovation outcomes from PoC to MVP and production and new revenue streams
•Experience in IT Managed Services, IT projects and IT consulting with strong Pre-Sales involvement
•Ability to coordinate with executives, improve customer satisfaction, and provide continuous executive sponsorship
