Job Summary

Own quality requirements for data centre construction projects by coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants on-site. Plan and allocate QC resources for witness inspections, audits, and field inspections; review and approve ITPs and checklists; and ensure quality dossiers and as-built drawings are submitted and validated. Lead weekly QA/QC meetings, produce quality reporting and activity plans, and recruit and performance-evaluate qualified QC personnel.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with the client’s representative to fulfil the project’s quality requirements.
•Coordinate with contractors and consultants on-site and plan/allocate QC resources for witness inspections.
•Perform audits and field inspections as requested by the client, including site walks to confirm quality requirements are met.
•Review and/or approve ITPs and checklists; validate or review as-built drawings; ensure quality dossiers are placed in the client documentation system.
•Lead QA/QC meetings, weekly quality reporting, QC activity/daily reporting, and performance evaluation for QC personnel; recruit qualified QC personnel as required.

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is beneficial.
•5 years’ experience in data centre facility maintenance, operation and/or construction.
•Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) and related computer software applications.
•Experience with online document management applications is a strong plus.
•Availability for on-site work and strong communication and organizational skills.
