Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform corrective, preventive, and planned maintenance on production-related equipment (e.g., conveyance, shelving, racking; powered industrial trucks) and building equipment (e.g., HVAC, air compressors, water filtration).
  • •Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems; complete minor repairs and tenant improvement work as needed.
  • •Ensure facility cleanliness and safety by following 5S principles and hazardous energy procedures including lock-out/tag-out, and addressing safety hazards immediately.
  • •Maintain records and complete data entry for work order tracking/filing and tools/documents (including Safety Data Sheets) using maintenance software (e.g., Maintenance Connection).
  • •Respond to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions promptly, coordinating repairs with production personnel to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of industry experience in maintenance, facilities, or field with related skills.
  • •5+ years of previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility with equipment described.
  • •Knowledge and experience with PLC systems.
  • •Knowledge and experience with CMMS systems.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent GED required; formal training or certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC systems, or HVAC trades.
