Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment.
  • •Ensure staffing coverage before line start-up and oversee line maintenance and job rotation/ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery performance meets standards and that workstations pass USDA inspection.
  • •Oversee accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote safety daily, lead monthly safety meetings, and provide employee training, retention, and counseling as needed.
