Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development of high-impact, full-funnel Paid Media strategies for UK labels and artists across digital and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with local marketing goals and artist priorities.
•Serve as the primary Paid Media strategic partner for UK Relationship Managers and Marketing Strategists, ensuring Paid Media is integrated early and effectively into campaign planning.
•Translate marketing objectives into actionable campaign direction for centralized Media Buying teams, ensuring strategic intent is maintained through execution.
•Analyze campaign and market-level performance data to identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities to further elevate Global Paid Media services and high-scale artist campaigns.
•Develop strategic recaps, insights, and client-facing reporting leveraging both platform KPIs and proprietary Orchard data sources.

Key Requirements

•4 to 5 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, growth, performance marketing, music marketing, or related fields.
•Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Spotify, Amazon, and other relevant emerging and smaller channels.
•Experience developing and leading full-funnel paid media strategies that drive audience growth and clear commercial outcomes.
•Strong understanding of paid media best practices, audience targeting, measurement, testing frameworks, attribution, and optimization.
•Ability to leverage internal and publicly available data sources (e.g., Chartmetric, Spotify for Artists, platform and proprietary insights) to identify audience opportunities, market trends, and growth strategies.
