Key Responsibilities

•Lead Aon’s Technology industry growth strategy across North America, with accountability for measurable revenue outcomes.
•Drive expansion and retention of key client relationships by delivering differentiated insights and solutions tailored to the Technology sector.
•Partner with regional and national leaders to support sophisticated sales opportunities, major renewals, and strategic pursuits.
•Collaborate across Aon’s capabilities to bring combined, cross-disciplinary solutions to Technology clients.
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives and contribute to firmwide initiatives advancing Aon’s Technology strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 350,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in the Technology industry, with proven success in senior leadership, client engagement, and business growth.
•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
•Strong network of senior Technology executives and industry leaders.
•Proven ability to influence at the executive level and act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated organizations.
•Strong commercial savvy, strategic approach, and executive presence.
