Sell and grow Emirates NBD’s retail banking products—credit cards, personal finance, and bank accounts—within the UAE. Represent the bank professionally by explaining products, services, and processes to existing and prospective customers, while adhering to service standards and internal policies. Support cross-selling of additional retail products as needed, and report customer feedback and market insights to improve sales, revenue, and profitability.
