Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with corporate requirements, SBU/SBG programs, and local legislation by reviewing and updating local procedures.
  • •Conduct thorough incident investigations (5-why, Why Tree, Tap Root) and ensure corrective actions prevent recurrence.
  • •Maintain/improve HSE Management System performance and maturity in the organization’s jurisdiction.
  • •Work with HSE teams to certify/maintain HSE certifications aligned to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • •Audit managed facilities and manage project safety audits for compliance, including reviewing contractor qualifications.
