•Train and supervise the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking and serving.
•Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, budgets, and manage orders and deliveries.
•Cater for special events or seasonal activities (e.g., summer fetes, Christmas parties, birthdays) as required.
