Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the plant’s operational leadership team and functional staff, including Quality, Finance, Continuous Improvement, EHS, HR, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance.
  • •Drive KPIs under tight deadlines and shifting priorities using analytical problem-solving and decision-making.
  • •Implement Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing practices (Kaizen, VSM, 5S+) to lead cost improvement and actionable measurable plans.
  • •Lead a zero-incident safety culture and foster an early-detection quality culture with escalations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • •Set plant strategy and tactics to achieve annual profit plans and long-term goals; lead EBS implementation and partner with Sales to meet customer needs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience with progressive accountability in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, OPEX, or related functions in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
  • •Experience in operational leadership and functional support across Quality, Finance, Continuous Improvement, EHS, HR, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance.
  • •Undergraduate degree required; master’s preferred.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
