Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions across core modules
•Develop flows, scripts, UI policies, IntegrationHub spokes, and upgrade‑safe customizations
•Build and manage integrations with external providers, including SLAs, OLAs, contracts, and vendor coordination
•Establish and maintain governance for release cycles, data models, error handling, and security boundaries
•Apply security best practices and maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes

Key Requirements

•A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field
•Several years of hands‑on experience developing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM and ideally also CSM
•Clear and structured communication skills for working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
•ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS‑ITSM, or CIS‑CSM are a strong advantage
•A self‑organized, analytical, and goal‑oriented working style in global virtual teams
