Coordinate and support cross-border employee moves across regions and assignment types, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate cross-border employee moves across regions and assignment types, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions.
•Prepare and review cost estimates, offer summaries, and assignment-related documents under guidance from senior specialists.
•Initiate services with external partners (immigration, tax, relocation) and follow up to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
•Maintain up-to-date HR and vendor system records, including case data and documentation, and support invoice/PO processing.
•Monitor compliance items (e.g., visa expiries, tax filings, social security documentation) and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, or related support roles.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Experience in a global capability center or in-house mobility function (advantage).
•Working knowledge of HR systems and vendor platforms.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
