Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with raw meat products (ham) as part of production.
  • •Rack hams, then push/pull and turn racks to place hams on both sides.
  • •Perform tipper tie tasks (gripping, pulling netted product into position, applying clamps).
  • •Cut tails using scissors or knife; manage netting and canisters (including lifting netting and self-loading canisters).
  • •Support additional production activities such as placing casings on horns, slop/stuffing tasks, forklift/pallet jack activity, and sanitation (e.g., ceiling mop, rake/pump machine).
