Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall planning, coordination, and control of the project to ensure functional and financial viability against client requirements.
  • •Manage cost-effective plans across project phases, including cost control, cost allocation schedules, procurement targets, and tracking variations.
  • •Oversee quality control procedures and execute planning software to track variations, disruptions, impacts, deliverables, inspections, and sign-offs.
  • •Oversee engineering design and supervision aspects, and lead tender processes and contract administration/estimations including claims quantification and reconciliation.
  • •Lead risk/hazard identification and management, support HSE initiatives and safety awareness, and oversee personnel planning, staff evaluation, and dispute management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of working experience, including 10 years in a relevant management/leadership position (5 years in GCC is a plus).
  • •Proven ability to execute complex construction projects and manage teams with strong leadership and development skills.
  • •Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications, including project design and supervision.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills to manage project processes and ensure payments and cash flows are consistent with agreements.
  • •Effective client and stakeholder management, including relationship management, engagement, negotiation, and supplier management.
