Recruiting Sourcer in Japan responsible for building active and passive candidate pipelines for high-volume roles, partnering with recruiters to craft tailored sourcing strategies, and engaging passive candidates to tell the Datadog story. You’ll own initial candidate outreach, expand talent networks, and help shape sourcing plans while focusing on diverse, hard-to-find talent in a hybrid Datadog office in Tokyo.
