Job Summary

Own the operating backbone for Enterprise Operations (EO) by running EO’s operating rhythm and governance, translating leadership priorities into plans, metrics, and disciplined follow-through. Lead the EO LT BPM forum, enable executive readiness for key leadership meetings, and manage performance visibility through dashboards and balanced scorecards. Drive cross-functional momentum, shape executive-grade narratives, and orchestrate inputs across Finance, HR, and Digital without duplicating ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Run and continuously improve EO’s operating rhythm and governance, including leadership forums, materials, decision standards, and governance playbooks.
•Own EO governance artifacts end-to-end (escalation rules, meeting charters/templates) and manage the Teams/Smartsheet ecosystem that supports execution.
•Run the EO LT BPM forum to surface progress, risks, dependencies, and emerging issues, ensuring effective two-way information flow.
•Enable executive readiness by partnering with the EO Chief of Staff and CEOO to prepare for and follow up on key leadership forums with disciplined next steps.
•Own EO performance management and visibility, creating a single-pane-of-glass view using the CEOO dashboard, balanced scorecards, and QFR materials.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•10+ years in operations, program management, consulting, strategy execution, or senior business roles.
•Proven experience running complex operating rhythms, governance mechanisms, and cross-functional initiatives.
•Strong grounding in operations or supply chain environments and key performance dimensions (e.g., service, cost, inventory, cash, resilience).
•Executive-level communication skills and strong systems thinking to translate metrics into insight and action.
