Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end merchandising for selected men’swear categories across the UK & EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking.
•Execute regional merchandising strategy with US Product Merchandising and international regional peers.
•Work cross-functionally with Product/Regional Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, and Sourcing to deliver launches while balancing inventory, go-to-market execution, and product quality (fit, sizing, margin).
•Analyze trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and take ownership of actions to improve results; support pricing and assortment decisions.
•Own product catalogue management and administration, including product setup, data accuracy, system maintenance, and PDP/customer journey merchandising improvements roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 80,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of retail merchandising or buying experience in men’swear categories with ownership of category performance.
•E-commerce and/or DTC experience, preferably across both startup and established (blue-chip) brands.
•Strong analytical skills using data to inform trading and merchandising decisions (sales, margin, return rates).
•Cross-functional experience partnering with teams such as Planning, Design, Sourcing, or Marketing to deliver results.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred), with strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
