Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage release execution for intelligence-driven authentication projects, coordinating with global cross-functional teams.
  • •Own the release calendar, go/no-go criteria, and deployment mechanics from non-production to production environments.
  • •Partner with QA and DevOps to ensure products are developed to a high standard and deployed quickly and securely.
  • •Identify friction points in the release process and drive improvements such as automation, bottleneck removal, and cadence tightening.
  • •Coach and train multiple scrum teams on agile ways of working to improve release speed and reliability, creating targeted learning plans based on gaps in agile maturity.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognised Agile trainer-level certification (e.g., ICAgile Certified Professional–Agile Coaching, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional, or equivalent).
  • •Some relevant experience in delivery/release coordination and agile ways of working.
  • •Experience with, or strong working knowledge of, Agile and DevOps practices.
