Job Summary

Own the product roadmap and delivery for Twilio’s Impartner PRM platform, partnering with Global Partnerships and GTM stakeholders to operationalize partner channel goals. Work with developers to ensure seamless Salesforce.com and Impartner sync logic, execute discovery-to-deployment plans, and measure adoption and pipeline reporting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary subject matter expert for the Impartner PRM platform, defining partner portal workflows, deal registration policies, and lead distribution procedures.
•Bridge partner business teams and technical teams by documenting requirements and articulating the “what” and “why” for platform developers.
•Analyze and document as-is and to-be process flows to identify gaps, partner friction, and automation opportunities.
•Maintain end-to-end ecosystem compatibility by overseeing Salesforce and Impartner sync logic, user personas, and data flows to avoid breaking upstream/downstream systems.
•Collaborate on architecture and delivery across discovery, requirements, build, UAT, deployment, and ongoing quarter-by-quarter PRM roadmap enhancements.

Key Requirements

•8+ years configuring, managing, or owning the Impartner PRM platform, including modules such as Deal Registration, Partner Analytics, or Locator (Impartner Certified Administrator preferred).
•5+ years working with Salesforce.com (CRM), with deep understanding of Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities and their sync with external PRM tools.
•6-8 years of product ownership, product management, or business analysis experience in an agile environment.
•Demonstrated ability to document complex workflows and perform clear to-be gap analyses.
•Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders.
