Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product Analysts and Developers to define acceptance criteria and ensure acceptance tests match desired functionality.
  • •Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements for testability and suitability for automation.
  • •Design, script, execute automated test scenarios and document results in automation testing reports.
  • •Increase automation pack coverage and improve pass rate across testing cycles as advised by the QA Lead.
  • •Participate in release activities and provide automation testing QA sign-offs while working in an Agile team.

Key Requirements

  • •Use software development skills and strong coding experience (preferably Java/Spring or Python) to build automation testing and API testing solutions.
  • •Demonstrate deep knowledge of testing methodology and iterative application development.
  • •Build and execute API/back-end automation for platform components and CI/CD exposure.
  • •Hands-on experience with REST API testing tools/frameworks including REST Assured or Karate, plus JUnit and Groovy.
  • •Experience with BDD (Cucumber, Gherkin), and CI/CD and dev tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.
