Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the EngServ Operations team’s tools that enable teams to capture, manage, and understand work.
  • •Provide application support and help administer business-critical applications and related infrastructure.
  • •Help deliver resilient hosting, automated monitoring for stability and performance, and coordinate upgrades.
  • •Ensure 24/7 uptime, urgent service request support, and incident response as part of operational coverage.
  • •Maintain and regularly test Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide technical leadership experience in supporting and administering software or web applications.
  • •Have excellent time management and interpersonal skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • •Manage third-party applications and deliver secure, robust application services.
  • •Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • •Preferred experience with enterprise tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Collaborator, Jenkins, and Artifactory, or similar tools.
