Key Responsibilities

•Own strategic product-led customer engagements and manage the product-led lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers.
•Serve as the command and control center between Splunk Product and go-to-market organizations, using telemetry data and AI summarization to drive workstreams.
•Translate customer usage and feedback into product opportunities and pain points for Product and Engineering partners.
•Define and report KPIs tied to product engagement to inform growth opportunities, re-platforming, and retention risks.
•Represent the Splunk product organization to customers and their Splunk go-to-market leaders and align engagement to customer value and opportunity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,300 - 195,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s plus 5 years related experience, or Master’s plus 3 years, or PhD plus 1 year.

•Experience acting as a trusted product lead to drive technical consensus across cross-functional engineering and go-to-market teams.
•Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms to drive system health and performance insights.
