Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the global post-order quality strategy and a single quality framework across regions, including assurance, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead global assurance and testing methodologies, ensuring quality gates, reviews, and acceptance criteria for multi-region data center programs.
  • •Own post-order process quality and standardization by defining, documenting, deploying, and driving adherence to standardized processes.
  • •Define and monitor global quality KPIs and dashboards; drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, rework, cycle time, and execution risk.
  • •Lead and develop a global quality team, building capability across the broader post-order organization and embedding a one-Eaton quality mindset.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, operations, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, operational excellence, or execution leadership in complex, global, engineered-to-order or services-led environments.
  • •Experience supporting data center, critical power, or infrastructure services.
  • •Formal quality or continuous improvement certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO-related frameworks).
  • •Experience working in or leading teams based in the Middle East or other global hubs.
