Job Summary

Join AECOM’s Southeast Transportation team as a Wet Utilities Engineer or CAD Designer working on large design/build and alternative delivery highway projects. You’ll contribute to conveyance systems design for highways, coordinate with environmental, roadway, structures, and MOT teams, and use Bentley MicroStation and ORD software on mega-projects across the southern US.

Key Responsibilities

•Work on wet utilities engineering projects across southern US, including junior, mid-level, and senior roles
•Design conveyance systems for highways and integrate with environmental, roadway, structures, signing, MOT, and temporary drainage teams
•Coordinate highway design components (manholes, pipes, distribution lines) with project teams
•Utilize Bentley MicroStation and ORD software on large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects
•Collaborate on projects from design through to construction management and interfaces with DOTs

Key Requirements

•CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience; Experience using ORD software
