Job Summary

Manage and administer IT systems supporting classified programs, maintaining secure, cost-efficient environments across Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. You’ll troubleshoot moderate-to-high complexity issues involving hardware and operating systems, configure DNS/DHCP/Active Directory, and support backup/recovery and RAID environments. Partner with cybersecurity professionals, provide documentation and training, and occasionally support 24/7 operational needs. U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment supporting classified programs.
•Use knowledge of Windows Server and Linux fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication) to define and deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
•Troubleshoot technical problems involving integration of hardware and operating systems, working across a moderate to high scope and complexity.
•Support data storage practices including RAID and backup/recovery, and install/configure applications for end users.
•Coordinate with cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
•Obtain and maintain an active U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
•Linux or Windows experience.
•Experience with Active Directory and VMware, plus administration and backup/recovery experience.
•Knowledge of Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
