Key Responsibilities

•Handle business security issues across TikTok product lines and identify fraudulent users involved in pornography, fraud, gambling, and other violations.
•Develop and deploy CV/NLP models to identify risky users and content from large-scale images, videos, text, behaviors, and social relationships.
•Build industry-leading risk control solutions to combat fraudulent activity.
•Analyze and mine data patterns to proactively detect and prevent business risks.
•Establish a perception system for attacks to protect platform safety and community authenticity.

Key Requirements

•Conduct in-depth research in CV/NLP, including image/video classification, object detection, unsupervised or semi-supervised learning, and text mining.
•Use strong programming skills in one or more of Python, C++, or Java.
•Apply big data processing technologies such as Hive, Spark, or Flink and data architectures for model development.
•Demonstrate hands-on ability to train and deploy deep learning models and apply algorithms to risk control, validating effectiveness.
•Have strong problem-analysis and problem-solving skills with a passion for solving challenging problems.
