•Drive specification-based growth by influencing design-stage stakeholders and ensuring conversion into orders through sales teams.
•Build and manage a sustainable specification pipeline and secure product approvals in institutional projects.
•Engage with consultants, architects, PMC, and developers to secure product specifications and influence product selection.
•Develop and execute the national strategy for the institutional segment (hospitals, metros, airports, data centers, government, PSU).
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Services, and Product Management to align specification pipelines with commercial plans and drive contract wins.
