Key Responsibilities

  • •Set multi-year strategy and roadmap for ERP, billing, revenue, and related financial systems aligned to business objectives and FinOps priorities.
  • •Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of core financial platforms to ensure GAAP-compliant accounting, internal controls, and high-quality financial reporting.
  • •Architect and govern enterprise-grade integrations between financial systems and upstream/downstream applications (e.g., CRM, data warehouse, HRIS, procurement tools) to enable consistent data and straight-through processing.
  • •Drive financial systems transformation programs, including ERP upgrades, module rollouts, automation initiatives, vendor selection, project governance, change management, and go-live adoption.
  • •Establish governance, security, and compliance frameworks for financial applications and lead continuous improvement across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report process flows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA and/or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, ERP/financial systems certifications) are strongly preferred.
  • •Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in finance systems, accounting technology, business systems, or related functions, including leading ERP and financial systems in high-growth or SaaS environments.
  • •Demonstrated expertise with enterprise financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Financials), including design, configuration, administration, and integration with CRM, HRIS, and data platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of core accounting/finance processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, revenue recognition, fixed assets) and working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX-like internal control frameworks.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations/upgrades and transformation initiatives, including automation and integration programs from strategy through adoption.
