Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Engineer unique AV solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement AV systems that meet space and event needs; stay up-to-date with AV technologies to keep solutions innovative, reliable, and user-friendly.
•Build amazing spaces by working with construction, Spaceport, and design teams to create immersive environments that showcase our brand and culture and ensure spaces are outfitted with state-of-the-art AV systems.
•Support events by providing technical expertise for SpaceX and Spaceport events, including Starship launches and high-profile gatherings; ensure seamless execution of AV systems, lighting, and automation.
•Assist with video conferencing solutions and support to enable effective remote collaboration and communications during events and in everyday operations.
•Adhere to safety and ITAR requirements, including travel (<20%), shift flexibility, and ability to pass background checks as required by Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 105,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency
•2+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and IP networks within a mid to large enterprise environment for AV support.
•Q-SYS Level 1 Certification.
•Experience with Dante and AES67 protocols.
•Experience with LED wall installation or related AV deployment.
