Job Summary

Own and manage HSBC instrument management reference data maintenance across asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and FX) using I& P Automation tools. Ensure work is delivered on time with high accuracy and customer-driven quality, escalating errors and fraud promptly. Manage risk awareness, internal controls, and audit/regulatory points, while evolving automation tools and business rules. Serve as an SME, investigate issues, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage I& P Automation tools for enterprise reference data maintenance across asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and FX).
•Deliver work within agreed timeframes and meet high-quality customer-driven standards for accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
•Process customer instructions accurately and proactively suggest and design improvements to process workflows.
•Identify and escalate common fraud, errors, and irregular transactions according to procedures; comply with relevant policies and manuals.
•Maintain operational risk awareness and internal control standards, including audit/regulatory actions; investigate and resolve issues or refer with recommendations; prepare up-to-date reports and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of Data Analytics.
•Stakeholder management experience working with SMEs.
•High attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
•Excellent MS Office skills.
•Experience managing huge data modules and documentation governance for audit requirements.
