Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for HVAC customers in a defined commercial market, performing commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and start-ups on-site. •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, along with blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and condition to maintain security and accountability of company/procured assets.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency using a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit and run, or license suspension (and no preventable collisions in the previous 3 years).
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
