Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, along with blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and condition to maintain security and accountability of company/procured assets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency using a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit and run, or license suspension (and no preventable collisions in the previous 3 years).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
