Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Lumafield’s calendar of trade shows, conferences, field programs, and company-hosted events, including goal-setting and how Lumafield shows up.
  • •Lead major trade shows end-to-end: sponsorship selection, budgets, booth design, demos, vendors, shipping, staffing, run-of-show planning, lead capture, and onsite execution.
  • •Develop creative event concepts and experiences that communicate Lumafield’s technology and create memorable attendee understanding.
  • •Build integrated event programs (roundtables, customer events, dinners, open houses, partner programs, media experiences, workshops, and new formats).
  • •Measure event performance across attendance, meetings, leads, pipeline influence, content/media results, and qualitative insights; travel for onsite execution as needed.

Key Requirements
