•Establish a clear operating rhythm for the Head of RES (priorities, oversight, executive updates, stakeholder cadence).
•Implement and run the regional RES annual Scorecard process (inputs, tracking, performance narratives, reporting pack).
•Align cross-service-line priorities and interdependencies to support consistent strategy execution and service delivery.
•Operationalise the RES Blueprint in line with organisational design and location strategy.
•Own workforce planning and headcount governance (Anaplan data integrity, forecasting, submissions) and manage hiring controls with HR.

•Execution & delivery: Proven ability to translate global frameworks into consistent regional delivery with strong execution discipline.
•Business management & governance: Experience managing governance processes, executive reporting, and business management activities in a complex organisation.

•Stakeholder & matrix management: Ability to influence and work effectively with Regional and Country leadership within a matrix structure.
