Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with customers to convey brand story and create a passionate, diverse brand experience
  • •Maintain product knowledge and application scenarios to provide professional solutions for customer needs
  • •Adjust product displays according to standards, including daily replenishment and seasonal updates
  • •Manage stock operations (receiving, returns, inventory, loss prevention) and cashier tasks (checkout, reconciliation, returns/exchanges), opening/closing, daily debriefs
  • •Collaborate with store leadership to complete daily plans and contribute to brand activities to enhance in-store experience

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent customer interaction and ability to actively engage customers to deliver a warm, inclusive brand experience
  • •Familiarity with product knowledge and usage scenarios, listening to customer needs to provide professional solutions
  • •Merchandising and display adjustments including daily replenishment and seasonal changes
  • •Operations of stock management (receiving returns, stock takes, loss prevention) and cashier duties (checkout, till reconciliation, returns/exchanges), opening/closing procedures, daily reviews
  • •Ability to proactively and effectively support store leadership or a floater to complete daily work plans and handovers; participate in brand/community activities to build long-term customer relationships
