Facilities Management Coordinator (QA)

Coordinate end-to-end facilities management, maintaining documentation and overseeing general maintenance. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Plan repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance, manage vendor contracts and facility budgets, and drive improvement projects like energy conservation and space optimization. Conduct inspections and audits, manage emergency response procedures, and provide leadership to maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers while supporting HSE initiatives.
