Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product, design, and cross-functional teams to own problem spaces and ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • •Independently own and deliver major features from conception to deployment and monitoring, tackling ambiguous problems.
  • •Drive design discussions, influence roadmap, and make trade-offs to improve team velocity and product health.
  • •Mentor other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing, modeling engineering craft and operational excellence.
  • •Champion a data-driven culture by leveraging telemetry and observability tools to troubleshoot production incidents and guide decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of technical leadership and mentorship.
  • •Deep expertise in Java, including object-oriented design and multithreading.
  • •Experience designing, building, and operating complex, large-scale distributed systems in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • •Strong knowledge of architectural patterns for scalability, reliability, and security and ability to lead technical design discussions.
  • •Experience with phishing-resistant authentication methods (Passkeys, FIDO2, WebAuthn) and IAM protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
