Job Summary

Support Dyson’s regional sales team as an operational hub, managing end-to-end order collection and verification across distributor and store channels. Produce daily/weekly/monthly sales data analytics, standard reports, and performance review decks to track target achievement and surface gaps, risks, and opportunities. Provide store/channel operational support, coordinate rebate and trade stock processes, and partner with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and VM to ensure seamless business execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end order collection, verification, and compliant daily sales order execution across DT and store channels.
•Run daily/weekly/monthly sales data statistics, verification, and analysis; create standardized sales reports and performance review decks.
•Provide daily operational support for regional own stores and DT channel, including trade stock checking and rebate PO application and settlement.
•Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operation, VM, and other internal teams to implement regional sales initiatives and close operational bottlenecks.
•Support DSM with regional target decomposition, performance data accounting, meeting organization, and sales enablement materials for the front team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•1–3 years’ experience in sales support, operations, or business roles in retail, FMCG, fashion, or cosmetic industries.
•Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTable.
•Good written and spoken English for daily work and reports.
•Strategic mindset with ownership, able to work under pressure.
