Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers through proactive outreach, in-person and virtual engagement, and appointment follow-up. Assess banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Maintain knowledge of retail and digital banking products, provide an optimal client experience, open accounts, complete service requests, and educate customers on self-service digital options while collaborating with branch partners.
