Job Summary

Lead Visa’s AuNZPI B2B events workstream, turning tactical executions into a strategic program that supports priority sales conversations. Own end-to-end delivery of Visa-led, partner-led, and ecosystem events—planning the master calendar, designing client-centric agendas, managing operations and vendors, and driving demand generation and follow-up. Measure event performance and pipeline contribution using Eloqua and MS Dynamics while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Communications, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Visa-led and partner-led B2B events, including conferences, trade shows, keynotes, launches, and roundtables.
•Own end-to-end execution of the events calendar, optimizing delivery and event outcomes.
•Consolidate and manage the master events calendar across stakeholders, aligning with marketing, comms, sales, and client engagement teams.
•Plan client touchpoints and event agendas based on client engagement, marketing, and sales priorities.
•Define and track B2B event success metrics (lead generation and pipeline contribution), including post-event recaps and ROI.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in strategy, planning, management, and production of B2B events, including budget and reporting.
•Proven experience delivering events tied to commercial and pipeline outcomes.
•Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, partnering closely with Sales and Product in complex B2B environments.
•Experience in payments, fintech, technology, or enterprise B2B industries preferred.
•Highly organised, commercially minded, and execution-focused.
