Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives.
  • •Recruit, coach, and grow Account Executives; build a leadership bench.
  • •Develop and drive strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and accelerate ACV; monitor activity and results.
  • •Engage C-level in enterprise customer organizations; support major engagements, executive-level conversations, and escalations.
  • •Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting; align with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on go-to-market execution.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Significant first-line Sales Leadership experience, ideally across EMEA, across global and regional operating units.
  • •Experience leading sellers of specialist or overlay software solutions in a matrix organization, building internal alliances and driving cross-functional partnerships.
  • •Recent experience with the Enterprise customer segment.
  • •Proven success leading complex top account teams in a high-growth, matrixed environment, including consistent quota and revenue overachievement.
  • •Track record recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing sales organization with strong executive engagement and negotiation skills.
