Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute communications projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality.
  • •Coordinate PR campaigns, announcements, and communications initiatives across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.
  • •Draft and support press releases, media materials, key messages, briefing documents, and communications plans.
  • •Produce, publish, and measure content across external and internal channels, including LinkedIn and internal employee communications platforms.
  • •Handle media enquiries and proactive engagement, including media monitoring and reporting; manage agency partners and external suppliers to ensure effective delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven corporate communications, public relations, corporate affairs, or related experience (in-house or agency-side), with regulated industry experience as an advantage.
  • •Strong project and stakeholder management skills to coordinate multiple workstreams across teams and markets.
  • •Experience writing clear, concise, audience-appropriate content across formats, including press releases and media materials.
  • •Ability to leverage GenAI and large language model solutions to enhance communications productivity and decision-making.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication in English and at least one Scandinavian language (additional Scandinavian language is an advantage).
