Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students.
  • •Personalize learning and differentiate instruction based on mastery and course content policies.
  • •Maintain grade book to support academic integrity, placement/promotion decisions, and report concerns.
  • •Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests.
  • •Establish and maintain positive rapport with families and learning coaches and respond in a timely manner.

Salary: USD 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree AND an Active state teaching license for Special Education in Virginia
  • •Ability to clear required background check
  • •Required certificates and licenses: Virginia Special Education Teaching Certificate
  • •Ability to work independently typically 40+ hours per week and maintain a professional home office during workday
