Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the PAM backlog by writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.
  • •Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming for privileged-session behaviors, approval-chain logic, credential rotation, and edge cases in target-system integrations.
  • •Clarify requirements with engineering for JIT access requests, time-bound credential leasing, session recording/replay, and policy enforcement.
  • •Translate PAM strategy into epics, milestones, and sprint-ready work, including standing privilege elimination, ephemeral access, and break-glass workflows.
  • •Coordinate delivery across multiple product surfaces (admin console, vault, approvals, integration APIs) and communicate timelines, risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering product backlogs and driving day-to-day execution as a product owner or similar role.
  • •Working knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and identity and access management (IAM), including least-privilege principles.
  • •Ability to define and maintain acceptance criteria for approval workflows, session recording/replay, and policy enforcement with governance and auditability in mind.
  • •Understanding of software fundamentals relevant to PAM: APIs, integrations, data models, authentication, authorization, and privileged-session brokering.
  • •Experience with cloud-based and self-hosted deployment considerations, including configuration, licensing, and version compatibility.
