Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full lifecycle of project documents (drawings, contracts, change orders, correspondence), including receiving, distributing, archiving, loaning, and transferring with accurate ledgers.
  • •Lead general contractors and subcontractors in compiling, reviewing, binding, and submitting completion documents in compliance with local construction authorities and urban archive regulations.

Key Requirements
