Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit and embed core supplier processes to understand opportunities for cost, lead-time, and quality improvements.
  • •Conduct on-site audits to identify root causes of supplier quality issues or performance challenges.
  • •Assess and improve supplier capabilities to align with engineering and operational priorities.
  • •Provide technical guidance to suppliers on part specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality measures.
  • •Track supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, cost) and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in supply chain, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering
  • •Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, etc.)
  • •Excel and data analysis skills
  • •Experience with PLM or ERP systems
