Job Summary

Engineering Delivery Manager leading the planning, integration and delivery of air-traffic management solutions. You will pilot engineering activities within cost/time/risk constraints, define and adapt the solution development plan, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and partners, contribute to specifications and validation plans, monitor progress via project metrics, and ensure alignment between product capabilities and project needs.

•Pilot the engineering activities of the project ensuring cost, schedule, risk and client requirements are met

•Contribute to writing specifications, technical dossiers and validation plans
•Monitor progress through project indicators and action plans, ensuring alignment between product solutions and project needs

Key Requirements

•Engineer degree or equivalent (Bac+5) with at least 8 years of experience in engineering of complex systems
•Experience in delivering engineering outcomes and managing deliverables or engineering projects
•Proficiency with planning and cost-tracking tools (e.g., PERT, project planning)
•Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors
•Experience contributing to writing specifications, technical dossiers and validation plans
